We're a Liverpool-based exterior cleaning company and Jet Washing is what we do best. Here's the full range of Pressure Washing Services we offer:
Years of oil stains, moss and weeds don't stand a chance. Our driveway cleaning strips them back to reveal the original colour of your block paving or concrete underneath.
View ServiceSlippery algae and stubborn black spot make a patio unsafe as much as unsightly. We clear both from natural stone and slabs, so your garden's ready for actual use again.
View ServiceBlocked gutters cause damp walls and repair bills you don't need. Our high-reach vacuum system clears every leaf and moss clump, keeping water flowing where it should.
View ServiceWeeds creeping back between the blocks usually means the joints need attention. We brush fresh kiln-dried sand into every gap after cleaning, which stops the regrowth for months.
View ServiceMoss does more than look bad, it lifts tiles and holds moisture against your roof. We scrape it away by hand and apply a biocide treatment that keeps things clear for years.
View ServiceA slippery deck after rain is a genuine hazard. Our soft-wash method lifts algae and mould without the high pressure that splinters and damages the wood.
View ServiceWant the clean to last? Sealing locks in the fresh look, repels oil spills, and makes it harder for moss to get a foothold again.
View ServiceGrey, tired-looking brick is usually just carbon and pollution build-up sitting on the surface. We remove it and bring the original warmth of the brick back through.
View ServiceNobody wants a smelly wheelie bin. Hot-water sanitisation kills the bacteria and odours at the source, not just masks them.
View ServiceGreen streaks down your roofline are usually algae and general grime on the UPVC. We clear it off, leaving a crisp, well-kept finish.
View ServiceYellowing window frames age a house fast. We lift the ingrained dirt and oxidation without harsh chemicals, restoring that bright white finish.
View ServiceAn overgrown garden can feel like too big a job to start. We clear the clutter, cut back the growth, and hand you a blank canvas to work with.
View ServiceA family-run Liverpool business providing Pressure Washing Services since 2018. We're reliable, fairly priced, and treat every property like our own.
We turn up when we say we will, and we don't leave until you're happy.
Most jobs are done in a few hours, not days.
Every job cleaned properly, with the right pressure and care for the surface.
Full public liability cover, so there's peace of mind from the first visit.

We've done this for years and have covered hundreds of jobs all over Liverpool, Southport and Wirral. We get asked loads of questions, like the ones below.
Jet washing uses a machine to pump water through a nozzle at high pressure, breaking down and removing dirt, moss, algae and grime that's built up on hard surfaces like driveways, patios, block paving and brickwork. It's not the same as a hosepipe, the pressure gets deep into the surface rather than just rinsing the top layer.
We use commercial-grade equipment that produces far more cleaning power than a domestic machine, and we adjust the pressure to suit whatever we're cleaning. Porous surfaces like block paving or natural stone hold moss and algae inside tiny cracks, so it takes the right combination of pressure, flow rate and technique to lift it properly rather than just moving it around.
Yes, when it's done properly. The key is knowing how each surface behaves. Block paving is durable, but the sand between the joints comes out during cleaning and needs replacing afterwards. Natural stone like Indian sandstone is softer, so we use lower pressure or a soft-wash treatment instead of blasting straight at it. Concrete can take high pressure, tarmac needs a gentler touch to avoid dislodging the aggregate, and wood should never be jet washed at full pressure at all.
Most damage from DIY pressure washing comes from a pinpoint nozzle held too close to the surface, which scores and stripes the material. We use rotary flat-surface cleaners that spread the pressure evenly, so you get a deep clean without the marks.
Once a year is the general rule, though it depends on the surface. Block paving benefits from an annual clean since moss and weeds root into the sand joints quickly, and leaving it longer lets that damage build up. Concrete and tarmac are lower maintenance and can often go 12 to 24 months between cleans. Natural stone tends to need an annual soft wash to stop black spot getting a proper hold.
Spring's the most popular time for us, since it clears the moss and grime that built up over winter. Autumn's also worth considering, clearing leaves and early algae before the cold sets in stops damp surfaces turning into ice hazards.
Yes, though older stains take more work than fresh ones. Water pressure alone won't dissolve oil, since it's soaked into the pores of the concrete or stone. We combine jet washing with a commercial-grade degreaser that breaks the oil down so it can be flushed out properly.
We're honest about limitations too. Most stains come out completely, but a very old, deeply baked-in oil stain might leave a faint shadow even after treatment. It'll still be a dramatic improvement, just not always invisible. The same approach works for tyre marks, moss, algae and black spot, each gets treated differently depending on what it actually is.
The terms get used interchangeably across the UK, but there's a technical difference. Pressure washing uses cold water at high pressure. True jet washing heats the water first, which makes it more effective at cutting through grease, chewing gum and heavy, baked-on grime.
For most driveways, patios and general moss or algae removal, cold water pressure washing does the job perfectly well. Hot water's more useful for heavy commercial contamination, or where cold water and pressure alone aren't shifting something stubborn. We've got the equipment to do either, and we pick whichever suits the job rather than defaulting to one method for everything.
The blocks themselves are tough and won't crack or chip under normal cleaning. What does come out is the sand between the joints, cleaning flushes out the contaminated top layer along with the moss and weed roots living in it. That's expected, and it's why we always offer come back once the surface is dry to brush fresh kiln-dried sand back in.
Pointing on patios can occasionally loosen if it was already crumbling, but sound pointing holds up fine. If cleaning reveals an underlying problem with your pointing, that's usually pre-existing damage becoming visible rather than something we've caused.
Most hard exterior surfaces: driveways, patios, block paving, concrete, garden paths, steps, brick walls, and commercial forecourts and walkways. Decking and fencing can be cleaned too, but need a much gentler soft-wash approach rather than full pressure.
Some things are best avoided altogether, old crumbling brickwork, roof tiles (which we scrape and treat rather than pressure wash), delicate flaking stone, and painted surfaces you want to keep intact. If you're not sure whether your surface is suitable, send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly.
A domestic pressure washer is built for light jobs like garden furniture, not for lifting years of embedded dirt out of a driveway. Professional equipment delivers a much higher water flow, which is what actually does the work of flushing out deep contamination, not just the pressure number on the box.
There's also the risk side. A standard nozzle held too close can score stone, blast out mortar, or splinter decking, damage that costs more to fix than the clean would've cost in the first place. We're fully insured, know how to treat each surface correctly, and can usually finish in a few hours what would take a weekend with a hired machine.
A standard one or two-car driveway usually takes 2 to 4 hours. Larger driveways or bigger patios can run 4 to 6 hours, and small paths or courtyards are often done within an hour or two. Heavy moss or severe black spot adds time, since some treatments need to dwell on the surface before rinsing.
If we're cleaning block paving, the job isn't fully finished on the day, the surface needs to dry before we can re-sand the joints, so we usually book a short return visit for that. Sealing works the same way, it needs dry conditions to go on properly.
It depends on the size of the area, the surface type, and how much moss, algae or staining we're dealing with. We don't do a flat per-square-metre rate, since two driveways the same size can need very different amounts of work. You'll find rough starting prices on each of our service pages, but the easiest way to get an accurate figure is to send us a couple of photos on WhatsApp.
Be wary of prices that look too good to be true. They usually mean domestic equipment, no insurance, or a job that skips the re-sanding block paving actually needs afterwards. We give straightforward, upfront quotes with nothing hidden.
